A home inspection from RC Prestige Property Services is performed in accordance with the Standards Of Practice and Code of Ethics created by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
⇒ How long will the inspection take?
On average, a Home Inspection by RC Prestige Property Services should take 2-3 hours to complete the onsite portion of the inspection. The written report usually takes an additional 2-4 hours to prepare. The report is then emailed to you following the inspection.
⇒ What type of inspection report do you provide and how long will it take to receive the report?
A Home Inspection report from RC Prestige Property Services is an electronic document filled with pictures and recommendations. The inspection report is delivered to you via email in a PDF format within 24 hours. It can be easily printed and used as a paper document.
⇒ How much will it cost?
The price of your Home Inspection will vary on the size of your home and the type of inspections required. Please contact me for a price quote.
If you’re shopping for prices, I offer this advice. Don’t hire your inspector based upon price alone. Hire your inspector based upon how they communicate with you. Are they patient and informative, or, condescending and demeaning? A Home Inspection is a learning event and your inspector’s ability to communicate with you is more important than saving a couple of dollars.

I am a Certified Licensed Home Inspector. I have over 25 years experience in Facility Engineering for AAA Buildings, Residential Construction, HVAC Technician, and Home Inspections.

Yes, I am a proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors InterNACHI®
⇒ Do you participate in continuing education programs to keep your expertise current?
Yes, I am required to complete continuing education hours to maintain my membership in InterNACHI® as well as Home Inspectors license.
⇒ Do you offer to do repairs or improvements based on the inspection?
No, absolutely not. Involvement in repairs is absolutely forbidden by the NACHI Code of Ethics.
